1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander seed
2 tbsp dried, seived mint
2 tbsp dried, seived oregano
2 tbsp ground black pepper
4 bay leaves (ground in a coffee or spice grinder)
